Established in 2004, Language Center's core mission is to provide foundation English courses for Srinakharinwirot University.

With its staff whose expertise lies in English language teaching, the Center not only delivers teaching in classroom but also aims to promote lifelong learning by creating learning environment that supports autonomous language learners through the use of various English language learning tools and Self-Access Learning Center (SAC) which is well-equipped with a variety of materials. This ensures that the needs to improve English language skills of both students and the University's staff are properly answered.

Other responsibilities of SWU Language Center include offering English for Specific Purposes (ESP) courses to different units of the University as well as developing English proficiency test (SWU Test) to be administered to the University's staff. The Center is also well-prepared to provide academic services for the University and also to the outside community.
